EP 4: My Two Weird Tricks That Drastically Reduce Bloat

We all have suffered from bloat from time to time. It is NEVER fun to finish a meal and within a few minutes, look like we are 4 months pregnant.
Over time, the more aware of your body you become you can begin to learn which foods cause bloat and which ones help reduce it. This is very individual for most people, and requires some troubleshooting.
But I came across 2 tricks that I SWEAR by, that are probably considered "Old Wives Tales" (since both were shared by someone's grandma!)
I implement these 2 things every single day, and I don't struggle with that same daily bloat that I used to!
