This week, Bryan defines gaslighting and internalized homophobia and answers the question about how narcissism and gaslighting are related. Plus, how to respond to a friend or significant other who is gaslighting you and rebuilding trust in yourself after being gaslit by a cheating partner (including self-gaslighting tendencies). Bryan gets personal and shares his own experiences when it comes to being gaslit in his previous relationship and how he has taken his experience and made it a learning experience- something to share with all of his listeners.
