Animal Frequency, have you heard of it? How about energy and how everything is made up of vibration?

Working with this concept of vibration and energy, using science, and learning that matter or molecules exist, and form into what we have come to know as solid, liquid or gas, I've recently come to understand that we really only have knowledge of a tiny slice of the pizza and not the whole pie!

Let's take this further and move into the energetic sphere! We now know that we are all energy, are made up of energy, and vibrate as energy. What we don't always remember, is how to use it in our every day life.

Our world is changing so fast! There is a lot that is coming at us that feels 'urgent', and the energies have been feeling very heavy. In fact, because of this, there is now a lot of energy that we are ready to shift and transmute!

To some, this is all so new, and to others, it's a continuation of the awakening process. No matter where you may sit with this, I'd like to ask you, are you open to a transmutation and shifting experience?
