Melissa and Jaclyn are recording from home today because Melissa is sick just like our team, apparently. Or are we assuming they are sick because that's how they are playing? Regardless, the girls delay talking about their losing team and chat about some other things first, like what they did over the weekend and celebrating Melissa's birthday the night before.
The girls share about going to Saturday night's game against the Diamondbacks, meeting past fan episode guests Neil and Amy in person, sitting with new podcast listeners Justin and Jerry, and a new young baseball fan Jaclyn befriends.
Our team is playing cold and we are letting out all our frustrations. Is last season starting to affect this season? Are our players tired? Are they too banged up?
