ABOUT Melissa:

Melissa Kirchgässner studied Latin American Area Studies. During her Master’s thesis on “Witchcraft and Magic in the 17th Century,” she spent three months conducting research in Mexico—only to realize that she would much rather become a witch than a historian.

What followed were numerous courses, trainings, and seminars focused on witchcraft and Nordic shamanism.

On her Instagram channel, she shares daily insights on witch wisdom and everyday magic. 

In her podcast “Magical Herstory,” she dives into the history of magic and holds powerful conversations with fellow witches.

The core of her work is rooted in restoring intuition, reclaiming witch power, and healing the witch wound.

Melissa currently lives in Berlin with her husband Tomás and runs her own online business as a modern witch.
