Gina Molinari "Gina Mo" failed as an opera singer despite her obvious talent. She tried seemingly everything in order to find what her "actual purpose" was supposed to be after having her identity wrapped up in music for so long.
She felt guilt and shame for walking away from the thing she spent so long investing her time/money/effort into.
But it was only in trying 813,230 other things that weren't a good fit that led her to realize that her performance skills play an enormous part in how she helps others be confident and effective communicators.
Like every failure along the way was all valuable experience in how I coach and create my own success today.
