I truly hope this episode and the resources provide some comfort and hope for you all during this time.
2025 is already off to a rough start and many are overwhelmed with issues related to climate change and extreme weather, political concerns, financial strain, mental and physical health challenges and more. I truly believe this is a time for us to come together. I hope this podcast can serve as a catalyst for healing and deeper connection that encourages you to get into community and be part of the solution. We can get through these challenges together!
