If improper communication becomes our style, the point we are trying to make is usually ignored.
-So how do we define openness in communication? is it better conceived by what we say it or by our tone of voice?
-Can our personality traits impact the way we communicate?
- Culture, Nationality, social status, environment and Education. Do all these factors have an effect on our level of honesty when we express ourselves?
