有些酒莊莊主或釀酒師，手中在經營掌管的酒莊都不是只有一家，例如很浪漫、著名的一句話，我在Latour、Lafite 釀酒，但我的心卻遺留在Calon Segur（I make wine at Lafite and Latour but my heart is at Calon Ségur），就可以聽出，這位釀酒師有三個酒莊。但今天要說的這位莊主也是，突然覺得大家都是時間管理大師耶。
