In her 30-year IT career, she alsoheld CIO positions at RWE and the Vorwerk Group. She was named CIO of theyear and received the Global Exchange Award. In addition to her role atOracle, she sits on various committees, including as a member of thenon-executive committee at eco - Association of the Internet Industry. Shealso advocates more femininity in information technology and in leadershippositions. She is particularly proud of the "Ladies in Tech" special awardfor her commitment.
