之前VINA總算報到了內觀中心的活動，去體驗了這項活動，SARAH本來也是很想參與這項活動，但是這幾年常年不在台灣，便沒辦法參加。
這裡面VINA大改講述了活動過程，分享了自己的改變，想知道內觀中心是如何進行，有興趣的人快來聽看看吧！聽完跟我分享你們有沒有更想參加呢？SARAH我有點被勸退了，因為實在太害怕蟲子，這個感覺要先挖掘掉再說。
其實除了台灣之外，還有很多國家也有這項活動，我後來查到英國也有這活動，或許之後會去參加（因為好像不在倫敦）。
