On Episode 13 we communicate with Bill Randall, hired PI by the Romain children during the initial investigation of their mothers murder. Our interview becomes heated when a credible source told me during my investigation that Bill Randall was "compromised", just weeks before Joanns story would air on Unsolved Mysteries...

Here is how our conversation went, and how he went on to let the world know that Tim Matouk was credible, despite Bill Randall knowing accusations had come forward, putting Tim Matouk at the center of a sexual assault scandal.

Joann's life was tragically cut short after her murder was covered up by officials as a suicide, despite evidence pointing at foul play.
