Today on the pod, meet Helena Haynes! Helena is a current Penn State freshman majoring in AD/PR and she's the unofficial queen of extracurriculars. She has been one of my closest friends since high school, and it's an honor to have her on this episode. At only 18, she has more wisdom and experience than you'd ever believe!
