  1. Tournament Preperation
    1. Our Current Lists
      1. Michael’s List (Bring copy to report)


    2. Synopsis on performance so far.


  2. Hobby to finish preparations for Moxie’s Tournament ITC Rouge Trader Tournament
    1. Randy Report the work he will be doing
      1. Michael
        1. Almost done with Purple Hydra, a little more paint and basing and finished

        2. Rebase Green Hydra then done

        3. Touch up painting on Executioners

        4. 5 Judicators to paint and base

        5. Rebase Heroes



    2. List Building
      1. Army/Theme (Allegiance)
        1. Why are building this army
          1. Power/Strength

          2. Hobby (like the models, want to build/paint them, etc.

          3. Combination of the two above


        2. Heroes
          1. Synergy for list
            1. Command Traits

            2. Command Abilities


          2. Role in your list
            1. Buff

            2. Debuff

            3. Damage


          3. What units should the Hero be deployed with or near?

          4. Will this hero be your general





  • Battleline
    1. Can and often is determined by General

    2. Is your battleline your main fighting force

    3. Is it just a point tax you need to pay to build your list
      1. This concept is not necessarily bad


    4. Behemoths: Monsters
      1. Does your army have Monsters that are not a hero

      2. If so do you want to drop points to bring them

      3. Rule of Cool:
        1. Is it cool enough looking to drop the points on it even though it is likely not earn its keep.


      4. Line Breakers:
        1. Is it a monster that will crush your opponents lines


      5. Target Priority redirects
        1. Look scary enough to pull your opponents attacks while your work the rest of your list


      6. Artillery
        1. Not all armies have artillery

        2. If your army does consider if it will work well with your list.
          1. Often as support to soften an opponent’s unit

          2. As a hero assassin (targeting and getting quick wounds on a key opponent hero

          3. Threat range to “psychologically” control tabletop

          4. Occasionally help get one of yours out of trouble


        3. Other Units
          1. Large Units
            1. An anvil: Withstand a lot of damage and can hold objectives

            2. Hammer: If a hard hitting unit, it can destroy your opponents units
              1. Caution: Some hammer units are “glass cannons” Hit hard but die fast.


            3. Combination: Can take a lot of damage and still hit hard. Usually expensive point cost, but very versatile.


          2. Small Units
            1. Chaff: Just a speed bump for your opponent

            2. quick objective capture.

            3. Hero assassin

            4. Summon/ambush deployment denial
