Get to know me, Ali, your podcast host and why I created this podcast. Sharing my childhood trauma, growing up too fast, and being my own parent. During, I discuss my grandma filing to become my legal guardian and how going no contact with my parents has benefited me. 
I go over some heavy topics, but they are ones that need discussed, especially by those that far too often shy away from it all. Future episodes will be interviews with others who have struggled with being the parent in their relationship with their parents.
