Another example of how we must stay vigilant to think about what we're hearing, to explore who we listen to and who they are aligning themselves with. I don't enjoy finding out that someone I've respected has taken a turn off the path of orthodox Christianity. But as I encounter them, I must move them from a trusted resource person, to someone I must filter, preview, and listen to with my skeptical radar engaged.

The Bible Project's Tim Mackie, their seminary guy has moved or has revealed where his beliefs have landed. I hope they aren't going to stay heretical, but only God knows. Sadly, his interview with the podcast "Almost Heretical" is actually heretical.
