In this episode Long time friend and colleague Tremain Holloway, HBCU and Harvard educated principal of Maritime Highschool in Washington State joins us. Tremain previously served as co-principal at Highline High School and assistant principal at Raisbeck Aviation High School. He completed his principal internship in Boston Public Schools and taught mathematics in Durham Public Schools.  Tremain earned his bachelor’s degree at North Carolina Central University and his master’s from the School of Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education

In this episode he talks about not only the importance of educating youth, but the importance of being an active part in the education field. He talks about alternative paths that can be taken to get into the education field outside of " just being a teacher" 

We discuss what school safety plans look like due to the heightened awareness about mass shooting in schools in our nations.

His family life, as well as a brief bit about his modeling career.
