This week we are joined by Lyssa and Kat from the East London Vixens. Currently playing in the NC1 Division with a brilliantly diverse squad of players, they are the women's team for East London RFC and are the sister club of former guests of the podcast the Kings Cross Steelers. We talk through the pathways into women's rugby, the RFU transgender policy and its impact on players and all the benefits playing rugby can bring women everywhere.
