The wonderful Dr. Ann Saffi-Biasetti, with her years of work with teens with eating disorders, serves as our expert as we tackle the subject of Eating Disorders amongst adolescents . Dr. Saffi-Biasetti is a somatic psychotherapist, yoga therapist, and the author of Befriending Your Body: A Self-Compassionate Approach to Freeing Yourself from Disordered Eating. She has a private practice in Saratoga Springs, New York.
