Ahh Blink 182 references, what a time to be alive! 

While you can choose to disagree about the best Blink album being “Chesire Cat”, one thing that you can for sure not disagree on is that summer is coming! 

Summer. December. Christmas. January. Holidays. Break from work. No break from work. Staff holidays. Clients needing stuff done. It’s all coming up. And really soon. Really really soon. 

The harsh reality is that there are 12 working weeks left until Santa arrives and the trade world stops on a dime for a couple of days, or weeks, or a month, depending on your clientele. 

So how are you looking? Busy? Quiet? Need staff? Need admin? Got some good January clients? Need to book more in? Less in? Got deadlines? Got milk Snoop Dogg style? 

The great news is that there is still time to get organised, get prepared, get ready, put the right items in place, put the right people in place, put the right clients in the right spots, and so on, before January starts. 

Remember! A good January can set up a great year, while a bad January can have a negative lasting taste that lingers for months. 

This year, choose to be in the right side of an excellent January.
