Elladj Balde is a Guinean Russian professional figure skater who has traded in a conventional career for wild ice skating routines - i.e. back flips and dance moves you normally see on land. He has amassed over a million followers across Tik Tok and Instagram for his infectious videos which turn ice skating on its head. But in finding his path, Elladj has battled racism, undiagnosed ADHD, show stopping injuries, and an inner journey in which he learned to accept himself on his own terms.
