Description

42 | As many of you know, this podcast and my work centre around feminine embodiment, but what does that really mean? Embodiment to me is a deep presence and sense of connection. So often, I think we are all so disconnected from our physical body that despite being conditioned to be hyper-fixated on the external appearance of our bodies, we tend to disconnect from our senses completely.

In my years as a coach, I've developed a framework that helps you achieve total feminine embodiment from the inside out. I've refined years of extensive study and research into easily understandable teachings designed to bring you awareness to where you are now, where you want to be, with tangible tools and techniques to help you get there. In this episode, We explore what it truly means to be embodied in your feminine as well as a deep dive into my signature Sensualista Framework, where I will guide you to harness your radiance and fully tap into your sensual power.

In this episode, you'll learn:

•Tuning into your feminine energy
•The three pillars of sensual embodiment
•The framework of my upcoming course Embodied
