In this episode, I update the community on what I have been experiencing since moving to South America. Recently, I took the FIRST BREAK of my life to rest and sit in a retreat with the Plant Medicine, Ayahuasca. I share details on my journey and what I encountered during ceremony. This episode covers emotional purging, out of body experiences, and the deep healing that can occur when using plant medicine. Ayahuasca has her own consciousness and I paint the picture of what it is like to experience this phenomenon as well as the after effects. The integration process that follows can sometimes include slowing down and taking time for rest to make room for new beliefs and activations.
