In this episode, I explore acupuncture points Kidney 11, Bladder 7 & Ren 17 through the lens of the terrestrial and celestial forces and how the human being is the one who has the opportunity to integrate the seeming paradoxes of heaven and earth. As always, you don't have to be an acupuncturist to be able to benefit from this exploration.
You will be able to use this discussion as a way to cultivate an embodied relationship to a deep sense of resting in the mystery of life. This can then be brought into the treatment room to facilitate profound listening and deep heart and/or brought into your daily life as a living mediation.
