Emma Armstrong: 37th in the world in the 2024 Crossfit Open, will Emma make the semi finals this year?

Emma has been competing in Crossfit since 2017 & she's now a regular top contender in UK Crossfit scene.

Emma had a 37th place finish worldwide in the 2024 Crossfit open & finished 45th in Europe in the quarter finals - narrowly missing out on the semi's.

I really enjoyed this one & I'll certainly be following Emma's Crossfit journey over the next few years. Oh & hopefully she'll get involved with a few WOD Powders team events in 2025!
