Description

Empathy can be loosely defined as the ability to experience the world as someone else.  This ability to exercise empathy is essential for figuring out the reasons for another person’s actions, beliefs, and statements.

Often in the public domain, we encounter interpretations of others’ statements and actions that lack empathy.

In today’s episode, we discuss the importance of empathy for understanding our own faith and others.  And we look at how Aquinas was perhaps the best example of someone who exercised empathy in order to strengthen one’s faith.
