Another Friday has arrived and with it my weekly chat with independent journalist Marcy Wheeler of emptywheel.net.

There was so much to talk about today so we went even further into overtime than usual. So, we discussed the latest on Russia/Ukraine, and the murderer from Saudi Arabia who came to DC to be treated like a hero by the orange one.

Marcy explained some of the good news from this week which includes a federal court denying Texas' motion to stay the order blocking their new congressional map (along with the Republican's lawyer gunking things up).

Then there are the Comey and Letitia James prosecutions and of course all of this week's developments regarding the Epstein files.

Next week is Thanksgiving. Well, Thursday is. So we asked all of you listeners/viewers/readers what you'd like us to do next week. We could get together and do the show on Wednesday, and all enjoy a long holiday weekend, or we could come back after Thanksgiving Friday and do the show as usual.
