Brant is Professor of Sacred Scripture at the Augustine Institute in St. Louis, Missouri. He is also author of "Jesus and the Jewish Roots of the Eucharist: Unlocking the Secrets of the Last Supper," along with other books on the Jewish roots of early Christianity. Dr. Pitre holds to an early high Christology, a Christology rooted in Jesus' acts and deeds.
