A short reflection episode, as I cannot believe it is already end of 2023 , so let’s reflect ! 

It has been a tough year for many of us, filled with difficulties but also many blessings. In this episode, I look back on 2022 and all that it encompassed but also looking ahead to 2023. I speak on the difficulties, the blessings, my own personal battles & moving forward, holding on to faith, tips for 2023 & more.
