I think for so long we allow generations of hard trying and suffering to be the excuse or the NORM of our experience.. so much that we don’t even question it.. and more importantly because we have only been taught to just ENDURE.. or we are only been praised for our resilience over time.. we are not even aware enough to NOT be ok with things that are NOT OK…
And This episode isnt going to be more “soft life” content being shoved down your throat because I think we all have had enough of that.. there’s is more to embodying femininity than just being soft… although it is a great strength.. I speak for the dimensions to come where we all as a people wherever we fall on the spectrum of masculinity/ femininity.. are worthy of respect, grace. And empathy no matter how soft or solid we are…
