We certainly are in changing times, personally and collectively. I'm sure lots of people have been sensing and moving through change over the past weeks, months, and years. Things really have ramped up for most people over the past months. This is something we find ourselves talking about most weeks when we are together. It feels apt for this recall episode to bring in our special friend and regular guest to the podcast, Angie.
