Description

Here are the basics to beginning a breathe work routine, starting off by clearing the lungs, then opening up the nasal passage ways, and learning to lengthen the breathe via box breathing.  After the breathe work we then move into a meditation designed to teach us how to observe without interjecting, a key principal to all meditation, one that we aim to establish from the beginning right here.
