In a conversation with Petroleum Economist’s editor-in-chief, Paul Hickin, Vakhshouri argues the solution to the trilemma relies on diversity of supply, allowing individual countries to follow their own transition path and ensuring decarbonization doesn’t come at the expense of other equally important energy imperatives.
