We tend to think that using the "right" words and making the "right" choices will produce the results we want. But the most powerful predictor of positive results in our lives and relationships has less to do with what we're saying and doing, and so much more to do with how we're BEING: the energy we're coming from. In this episode I share a reminder about the incredible power of tuning our energy with the vibration we want to create our lives from! I also offer some suggestions about how to empower ourselves to 'change energetic lanes' and move out of contraction and into expansion.
