The energy of transformation is that energy when you are on the precipice of becoming someone new- upleveling.
When you are not your Old Self anymore but still not the New Self.
It is the battle of the Old Self and the New Self, a battle between the 2 identities.
It doesn't have to get worse to get better. This energy doesn't have to be messy...you can learn to hold it and handle it so it becomes peaceful.
Can you handle this energy? Can you sit in the stillness when nothing is happening? Will you go back to the old?
