A Clare woman says she was left stranded, stressed, and out of pocket after returning to find her car clamped at Ennis train and bus station — despite having paid for her parking.
Maureen McKeogh had left her car there for three days with a valid ticket.
But when she returned, she discovered a clamp on her wheel and a demand for €120.
