I remember when I was in one of my previous MLMs doing the facebook spam-y method i was messaging back and forth with a friend/ acquaintance. And she kept putting off the decision, never a firm No, but not a yes either…. so I kept trying, because that’s what I was taught to do! 

Eventually, she was kind of dodging me… and then… i saw her in person… at church on Sunday. so that was awkward! 

She was perfectly nice to me but i could tell she didn’t want to linger in conversation (probably for fear I would try and pitch her right there in the church lobby!)

See, this is exactly what I hate about network marketing. We should be building relationships not tearing them down!
