Before working as an independent coach, Chris spent a decade in corporate America, first in sales and sales leadership roles, and most recently as SVP of Organizational Development on the executive team for eMarketer, a leading digital marketing research company in NYC. He was a trusted thought partner to the CEO, and balanced his time between leading high-impact company wide initiatives, working with individual leaders, and supporting his team. Prior to his professional career, Chris was a 4-year D1 athlete (Golf) at Davidson College where he majored in Psychology.
