Ed Modzel is a Commercial Real Estate Entrepreneur specializing in Multifamily Syndication. A US Navy veteran and former Chief Engineer for a 10-time Emmy Award-winning TV show, Ed is based in NY but chose Atlanta as his market, closing a 40-unit deal in 2018 after initial challenges. He mentors others, hosts a weekly online underwriting workshop, and enjoys family time, hiking, sailing, and music.
