One of the best ways to save on home energy costs is to keep an eye on the temperature. That's made all the easier today by a variety of new programmable and smart thermostat technologies. What these high-tech thermostats cannot do, however, is settle disputes between people in the household about what temperature is most comfortable. We call these quarrels, thermospats.

In Segment 1 we talk to Dondra Goldsby, a marriage and family therapist, about how to enhance our relationships, including how to lower the temperature when disagreements arise about the temperature.
