What's going on good people? In this episode, I dig deeper into the beginning thoughts of Beyond the Resume. Internally it has gone through many iterations but the problem I want to same remains the same. I built Beyond the Resume with me and other professional millennials in mind. I go back to 2017 when I started writing this book called The Millennial Memoir. No worries if you haven't heard of it - because it never surfaced. It was my attempt to articulate what I know now as a quarter-life crisis. By the grace of God, at age 26/27, by most standards, I accomplished a lot. On paper, everything looked good, yet I was still
unsatisfied. From there, I started this quest to find my task. Along the way, I had some wins, but I also took some losses. Despite this, it all leads me here. This is what I call the compound effect.
