Today I talked with Jim Law, the director of the prison ministry for Jimmy Swaggart Ministries on Sonlife Broadcasting Network. His story is amazing, his credibility is unquestionable, and his passion to change people’s lives is contagious. Jim Law, born in Philadelphia, was raised in a home environment of turmoil. With the deep pain of insecurity, Jim turned to alcohol and drugs for relief at an early age. Eventually, drug abuse led him to a life of crime and a total of eleven years (11) years in prison. While serving an eight and a half year (8.5) to seventeen (17) year prison sentence, his mother tragically passed away. God used this tragedy in Jim’s life to bring him to the cross at Calvary.
