From simple admin' tasks, through pay and on to more in-depth issues, we all rely on the support of the Air HR teams to help things runs smoothly and to allow us to get on with our jobs. Squadron Leader Peter Lisney has met with some of them to find out how they are moving systems and procedures along to help keep RAF personnel ready to 'Fly & Fight'.
