Okay - that is drastic but some of us need an intentional change. As technology advances and accessibility increases, we are more subject to distractions than ever before. This episode is specifically for those who have a desire to better understand God's purpose for their life, who need help focusing on their dreams and/or goals, or who are looking for a drastic change but aren't sure how to do that.

In this episode, I discuss the "law of use" as described in Matthew 25. This passage is titled the "Parable of Talents" and there are 2 key points from this message delivered by Jesus. You learn that we all have gifts and there is an expectation for us to use them. You also learn that God increases your responsibility when you properly manage what you currently have.

I am a firm believer that everyone has gifts but if you aren't sure you do, then you are blinded by distractions.

Here is my call to action: If need help removing distractions and want to understand how to discover your gifts, I submit the following

• Remove distractions like Netflix, Hulu, Social Media, and other streaming services that pull your attention. You don't have to cancel, but maybe pause the services for 3 weeks.


• Change your immediate environment - Join conversations with people who are purpose-driven.


• Pray and meditate on God's word. For awareness, Romans 12 is a good start. Paul describes the "New Life in Christ' and through the chapter he mentioned the gifts that come from the holy spirit.
