Sometimes we just need to sit in the mud.

Sometimes, we just need to say: This is HARD.

Sometimes, we just need to feel what we feel and not immediately rise back up.

We need to let the challenge knock us off our feet, and stay down.

This was quite a challenge for me.

I love to rise, to be on top of things. All is good. All the time.

But it isn't, is it? And that was a hard thing for me to admit.

That I can know and live in faith that all is exactly as it should be...and, SIMULTANEOUSLY, things can be really really hard - right now.

And do you know where this journey led me? Seven weeks of being knocked off my feet and staying in the mud? It led me to a Divine Love so beautiful, so light, so EASY, that it left me in breathless wonder.
