He began his journey by forming youth groups and quickly progressed to offering sustainable solutions for youth, young adults, families, and teams.

He has worked at grassroots levels within organizations, directly serving children and families affected by the foster care system and homelessness. In these roles, he honed his ability to create tangible, positive change for those in need.

At the same time, Marlond has held strategic leadership positions within these organizations, including serving as an executive leader for his business unit. In this capacity, he drove strategies for program expansion and growth, bringing a unique blend of hands-on experience and high-level strategic thinking.
