Description

Tracey is a nurse, stop bullying/mental health advocate and educator. In 2015, she experienced an acute depressive episode due to workplace bullying and plummeted down the rabbit hole. Her book, Escaping the Rabbit Hole: my life with depression, documents her journey.


Tracey has appeared in podcasts, radio/TV shows globally, has a YouTube channel and on-line course: Mental Illness in Children and Teenagers: what you need to know


Her philosophy is to Engage children and teenagers, to Educate them about mental illness/bullying and to Empower them to develop confidence and skills to continue to move ahead in their own life journey.


She has received a silver medal for Best Author Website and her book was a top 10 finalist in the Non-Fiction category at the Author Academy Awards. Tracey has appeared in over 60 podcasts in the USA, Canada, New Zealand and UK, live radio shows and ABC, NBC and FOX News. Tracey has her own YouTube channel where she posts weekly videos and blog posts. In November she released her first on-line course: Mental Illness in Children and Teenagers: what you need to know
