Marek is a Martial Arts Instructor and a Holistic Wellness Guide. He has studied martial arts since 2002 and has taught since 2007 when he also discovered Tai Chi and Qigong and begun to explore their hidden powers over the years. He is super passionate about the work he does, where he guides his students’ physical, mental and emotional bodies through practices tailored to their specific abilities and needs, using these ancient practices to help improve their physical mobility, mental sharpness and emotional awareness.
