In this episode, I am asking the question "Who are you?" If anyone were to ask you that same question, would you know how to answer? I read a CNN article that stated suicide deaths reached a record high in the US in 2022.

And earlier this year, the Surgeon General released a report stating Loneliness and Isolation was the new epidemic. I can't help but assume these two are closely related. In fact, I believe one leads to the other.

But instead of discussing the symptoms, we need to dive deeper into the root cause... lack of self-discovery, absence of personal growth, lost identity, and misplaced identity. So I submit to you again, if anyone were to ask you the question "Who are you?", how would you answer?
