Ep 185: Rosie Jones on Going from TV Researcher to TV Star, Billy Connolly & Powerful Lesbians,
Description
Marc and CMB are joined this week by comedian Rosie Jones. Rosie discusses what it was like going from being a researcher on TV shows like The Last Leg & Cats Does Countdown to actually appearing on them herself, how much of an influence Billy Connolly and Victoria Wood have had on her comedy, and why she feels it's important to use her platform to discuss issues affecting the disabled community. Plus, they discuss Rosie's sitcom Pushers, whether stand-up is more challenging than acting or hosting TV, and the reasons behind Rosie's ultra-positive personality.
